Sales Representative Needed - Chance to help a growing organization penetrate the Florida regional market!

We are looking for a Sales Representative, based in Florida, for a global manufacturing company in the medical space. The organization is experiencing tremendous growth and is looking to deeper penetrate the U.S. market. The company currently outsources sales in the states to independent sales reps. and is beginning to hire a salesforce who solely markets its products. The ideal candidate will be the first individual hired for the U.S. based salesforce. So, with performance, career growth opportunities will be available when the organization expands its sales team in the states.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Remote - based in Florida
• Relocation: Preferred local candidates already based in Florida, but relocation assistance may be considered
• Career Growth Opportunity: This position will be the first U.S. based Sales Representative hired by the company that solely focuses on marketing and selling the company's products. The plan is to grow the salesforce to cover all the U.S. in the next few years. The correct candidate will have an opportunity to advance their career as the team grows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships while expanding the customer base across Northern and Central Florida.
• Implement sales strategy working in the field to achieve set goals.
• Take full ownership of managing dealer and customer accounts, provide support through meetings and product education, and collaborate with clients, therapists, and future customers.
• Promote company's products through training, tradeshow participation, and engagement with key clientele.
• Provide updates to leadership on sales activities, territory development, and customer action plans.
• Develop expertise in product knowledge, maintain inventory, and perform product functionality demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' successful sales experience in the CRT (Complex Rehab Technology) industry - Technical understanding of medical products used to aid individuals with disabilities.
• Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) and/or experience working with any rehab product related to mobility required - Will consider candidates currently working in the industry as a Rehab Technician or similar looking to start a lucrative sales career.
• Assistive Technology professional certification preferred.
• Background in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and/or Healthcare Education desired.
• Comfortable working autonomously as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work in a remote based role and travel as needed across an established territory (state of Florida) to continue developing the organization's client/customer base.
