About Us

We are a growing Restaurant Supply company based in Pineville, NC, dedicated to providing eco-friendly, high-quality, and cost-effective products to restaurants across the United States. Our product line includes takeout packaging, sauces, condiments, and seafood. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative with knowledge of the restaurant industry to expand our market and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and chefs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads in the restaurant and foodservice sector.
  • Present and promote our product line, highlighting eco-friendly and cost-saving advantages.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer information using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Required: Prior experience in restaurant, foodservice, or hospitality industry (sales or management background preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust and close deals with business clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple accounts.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client visits.
  • Bilingual (English/Chinese or English/Spanish) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with restaurant operations and supply chain.
  • Experience with Microsoft software.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
