Senior Plastics Manufacturing Recruiter/Talent Acquisition

Total Comp: $130-150 Total Comp

Must have Manufacturing experience (prefer someone with plastics or packaging experience).

Experience selling to the industrial industry is a plus.

We are looking for someone willing to work in office (can potentially work remotely 1-2 days a week).

Our client is an industry leading plastics manufacturer. They are seeking a National Account Manager who has experience selling plastics products to the industrial industry. Ideally, this person will have some type of packaging sales experience (plastics preferred).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives throughout the Midwestern United States.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and engineering, to ensure customer needs are met.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize sales efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and new technologies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of sales experience in plastics or packaging industry.
• Experience selling directly to the industrial market.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented and driven to achieve success.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.
