Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Plano, TX. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, guiding customers through the sales process, and maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions. Daily tasks will include conducting vehicle demonstrations, negotiating deals, processing sales paperwork, and providing outstanding customer service. Additionally, the Sales Representative will be expected to meet sales targets and participate in regular training sessions.

• Sales experience, Customer service skills, and Negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of vehicle features, finance options, and documentation processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
