Pay and Schedule
- This is a commission-based position, with possibilities for growth. Monthly base pay + commission (average is $50k - $150k annually).
- Schedule: 5 days a week, must be available to work Saturday.
- Department Hours: We are open 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday from 9–6 and closed on Sundays.
Role and Responsibilities
- As an Auto Sales Representative, you will interact with customers to guide them through the vehicle purchase and create the best vehicle-buying experience to foster lifelong relationships.
- Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and store policies and services to customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
- Track customers using store management systems and stay informed on new products, features, and accessories; attend product and training courses.
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive sales is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with working knowledge of computers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license.
