What you'll do:
- Prospect neighborhoods and meet with homeowners in storm-affected areas
- Inspect for storm damage and help file insurance claims
- Schedule adjuster meetings and walk homeowners through the process
- Present contract options, upgrades, and finalize project details
- Attend roof builds and manage customer communication
- Work with internal claims and production teams to settle projects
- Collect payments and ensure a positive customer experience
- Submit referrals, overpayments, and support financing when needed
