Pure Barre is a community centered around fitness. We are expanding our team and seeking a qualified Sales Representative focused on driving sales and service excellence to grow our community. This role offers the opportunity to interact daily with clients and help create a supportive and meaningful community.

Position:

The Sales Representative assists the General Manager in generating new memberships by bringing in new members, building relationships, providing positive experiences, and guiding them through the sales process to a membership sale. The role also involves retaining current members and delivering outstanding customer service. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the sales process from lead generation to follow-up and closing
• Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and understanding individual goals and needs
• Maintain a personal sales production level
• Promote the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present services to current and prospective members
• Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales targets
• Participate in community events to promote the club
• Develop selling skills continuously
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Manage inventory for retail items
• Attend training programs and take photos for social media
• Perform light cleaning duties in retail and studio areas
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Warm, engaging personality with the ability to build relationships
• Goal-oriented with a focus on memberships, retail, and private training sales
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Ability to learn and operate ClubReady software
• Strong communication skills in person, phone, and email
• Organized with multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient computer skills
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
