Sales Representative-NE

Foley is seeking a dedicated and energetic High Volume Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for those who excel in a fast-paced sales environment and are proficient in making a high number of outbound calls to potential business clients.

Competitive Compensation: Attractive base salary with a rewarding commission structure. $17.00 per hour with uncapped commission and bonus. Target first-year earnings potential $60,000-$70,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 300+ outbound business-to-business calls daily using an autodialer to connect with potential customers
  • Understand and determine the regulatory needs of businesses and introduce Foley's range of SAAS products and services
  • Propose tailored SAAS solutions to meet specific business requirements
  • Acquire an in-depth knowledge of Foley's products and services to effectively address client needs
  • Engage with leads to understand their unique needs and pain points, ensuring a personalized approach
  • Maintain the integrity of Foley's and customers' information by adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling and prospecting
  • Experience in the transportation industry is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with business decision-makers
  • A hunter mentality, eager to reach and exceed lead generation and sales targets
  • Comfortable spending 4+ hours daily on the phone
  • Ability to identify, qualify, and nurture net new small business opportunities
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track activity, manage pipeline, and forecast results
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
  • Quick learner who can absorb industry and product knowledge to clearly articulate value to prospects
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of outreach while maintaining quality
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to feedback, learning, and growth
