We are looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly-motivated field sales representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory. The ideal candidate knows how to get the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients. Responsibilities: • Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services • Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory • Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM • Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met Inside Sales Phase: • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, and other outreach methods to build a robust sales pipeline. • Qualifying and passing leads to account executives for conversion, ensuring a quick turnaround. • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information on prospective and past clients. • Report monthly and quarterly on key performance and sales metrics to meet targets. Outside Sales Phase (after training): • Work within your designated geography to identify and close new business opportunities. • Build and nurture relationships with local businesses to drive client acquisition. • Represent CDCN in face-to-face meetings, showcasing our hyper-local marketing solutions. Qualifications: • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related role (inside sales experience preferred). • Superb communication, interpersonal, and time management skills. • Understanding of the sales process and CRM tools (e.g., client database management). • Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel by car for outside sales. • A college degree is preferred but not required. • Enthusiasm for working with diverse communities and businesses. Compensation: $91,000+ at plan base + commission
