We are currently expanding our team and seeking a qualified Sales Representative focused on driving sales and service excellence to expand our community. This role offers the opportunity to interact daily with clients and help create a supportive and meaningful community.

Position: The Sales Representative's primary purpose is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by attracting new members, building relationships, providing positive experiences, and guiding prospects through the sales process to secure memberships. The role also involves retaining current members and delivering exceptional customer service. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Execute the sales process including lead generation, follow-up, and closing
  2. Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and understanding individual goals and needs
  3. Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production
  4. Emphasize and uphold the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
  5. Present available services to current and prospective members
  6. Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas
  7. Participate in special events such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community events to promote the club
  8. Develop and improve selling skills
  9. Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
  10. Follow up with prospective clients and ensure follow-through
  11. Manage inventory for retail clothing and other items
  12. Attend and complete relevant training programs
  13. Take photos for social media platforms
  14. Perform light cleaning of retail areas, studio, and restrooms
  15. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  1. Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  2. Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality
  3. Ability to build strong customer relationships
  4. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales in memberships, retail, and private training
  5. Self-motivated with initiative
  6. Ability to learn and operate the ClubReady software system
  7. Excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email
  8. Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  10. Proficient computer skills
  11. Authorization to work in the United States
