Responsibilities

  • Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through Mondelēz guidelines.
  • Support sales objectives, campaigns and promotions, sales brochures and order guides, sales presentations, product sources and distribution, and proper merchandising.
  • Perform in-store planning by tailoring programs and fact-based sales presentations to the customer's needs, store demographics, and current consumer base to drive Mondelēz International and customer growth.
  • Develop strong business relationships with store management to provide service and value beyond the customer's expectations.
  • Work with customers to ensure sufficient product is ordered to support consumer demand, including incremental racks and displays for direct store delivery (DSD).
  • Communicate plans and manage merchandising resources to build sales volume at store level. Work with the Merchandiser to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated and presentable; properly credit and dispose of all unsalable merchandise from all stores.
  • Monitor and report on competitive activity and document pricing activities. Act as a liaison between our Customer Business teams and store management.

What to expect / Compensation and Benefits

  • The base salary range for this position is $41,400 to $57,825; the exact salary depends on factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program with potential for overachievement based on performance and company results, and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
  • Benefits include health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some benefits have eligibility requirements. Many benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.

Who is a good fit

  • Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment and meet physical requirements, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. This includes moving products from stock rooms to store shelves.
  • Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location: Blaine, MN.
  • Ability to drive to secondary locations: Forest Lake, MN.
  • Full schedule availability required.

Mondelez International also offers a company vehicle, which includes a gas card and vehicle maintenance program. No relocation support available.
