Two Roads
The Sales Representative at Two Roads is responsible for securing new clients and promoting the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, and an innovative approach to acquiring new business. The successful candidate will be able to identify potential clients and effectively guide them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Network in the community to drive new leads to Two Roads
- Cold call potential clients to see if we are a fit
- Manage the FTA (First Time Appointment) calendar to ensure there are no scheduling conflicts
- Prequalify FTAs prior to meeting time
- Conduct FTAs as needed independently
- Conduct Proposal Reviews as needed with prospective clients independently
- Communicate with potential clients in regard to scheduling meetings or information requests
- Follow up with all leads in a timely manner (as defined in Two Roads Sales Processes)
- Provide support to the Revenue Director as needed for sales-related administrative tasks

Experience/Education Required:
- 2 years of experience in outside sales
- Prefer prior experience in selling financial services or B2B
Location Requirement
Must be in Eastern or Central time zones

An overview of our interview process:
- Online Application
- This application could take 1+ hours to complete and you can’t save as you go, so plan to complete this in 1 sitting.
- You’ll need your resume handy in an electronic format.
- You will be asked to record a video of yourself.
- We will review your application and when we see a potentially great fit, we’ll follow up with an initial video interview.
- Once we’ve discovered your values, goals, and vision align with ours, a second video interview will take place with your potential Team Lead and a team member, where you will have an opportunity to discover if we’d be the right fit for you.
- At this point, we’ll check references and if all of that checks out, a final video interview will take place with the upper management of Two Roads to answer any final questions either party may have to ensure a win-win.
- We’ll then perform a background check, draft the offer letter, finalize details on start date, etc., and get started!
