Your Role: Front Desk | Sales Representative
You’re the first smiling face our members see and the voice they hear on the phone. You’ll be supporting families, managing schedules, and creating a welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones, return messages, and route calls professionally
  • Conduct sales calls and register new students
  • Assist customers with purchases (merchandise, snacks, etc.)
  • Greet and check in students using our attendance system
  • Schedule birthday/pool parties and oversee party staff
  • Maintain cleanliness in the front desk, snack shack, restrooms, and observation area
  • Handle customer concerns with care and professionalism
  • Prepare daily swim lesson schedules
  • Make collection calls for overdue accounts
  • Keep displays and promotional materials up to date
  • Enforce safety protocols and administer first aid if needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
  • 2+ years in customer service or administrative roles
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
