As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving the growth of LC Sciences’ products and services within your assigned region. You will engage with prospective clients in academic, clinical, and industrial sectors, helping them understand how our cutting-edge technologies can accelerate their research.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities in genomics, proteomics, and biotechnology.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and other target markets.
- Present and demonstrate LC Sciences’ products, including next-gen sequencing, microarray, and bioinformatics solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic plans and sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the latest technological innovations in the genomics and biotechnology sectors.
Candidate Experience & Educational Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a scientific or biotechnology field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong understanding of genomic and proteomic technologies, with the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to travel frequently within your designated region.
