What You’ll Do:

  • Business Development & Sales
    • Develop new business opportunities within an assigned account base
    • Sell material handling solutions to both existing customers and prospects within your region
    • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and leveraging market knowledge
    • Present professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain meaningful business relationships with clients and decisionmakers
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, driving retention and loyalty
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Sales Administration & Quoting
    • Produce accurate and competitive quotations using Alliance Material’s quote system
    • Collaborate with internal teams to get approvals and process quotes effectively
    • Conduct product demonstrations for potential and existing customers
  • Including all other responsibilities/duties as assigned

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Ability to develop strong business relationships with corporate clients and decision makers
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing deals
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record—daily travel required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on various roles as part of the sales team
  • Knowledge of material handling, industrial warehousing, or industrial equipment is a plus
