Role Overview
The Project Manager will play a key role in orchestrating complex, high-volume marketing initiatives across digital, content, field, and media channels. You’ll own timelines, drive accountability, and bring visibility to priorities across a growing team of creatives, marketers, and external partners.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day project/task manager across marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Build, maintain, and enforce project plans in ClickUp (must be fluent in creating dashboards, automations, and reporting)
- Collaborate with creative, content, performance, and leadership teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Track progress and deadlines across dozens of assets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks or delays across departments
- Maintain visibility and accountability across internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Fluency in ClickUp – dashboard building, dependencies, tagging, views, and integrations
- Experience in high-output marketing environments (agency or in-house) with complex cross-channel projects
- Proven success as a project manager or task manager in marketing or creative departments
- Strong communicator and detail-keeper who thrives in fast-moving, collaborative teams
- PMP certification or similar is helpful but not required
