Job Description | Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage K-12 educational projects through all design and construction phases.
• Oversee and coordinate DSA approvals, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Direct project teams, subconsultants, and manage project fees and schedules.
• Develop and review design and construction documents using Revit.
• Ensure all projects comply with California Building Codes and accessibility standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience managing K-12 educational facility projects.
• Extensive knowledge of DSA processes and California Building Codes.
• Proficiency in Revit for project design and documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience managing project fees, schedules, and consultant coordination.
• This role requires strong leadership in managing project teams, subconsultants, and budgets from conception to completion.
