Project Manager – Multifamily (Mid-to-High Rise) | Miami, FL

We are partnering with a leading General Contractor in South Florida seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in multifamily mid-to-high rise construction . This is a key role working with the PX overseeing a complex project from pre-construction through closeout 🏗️
Position Highlights:
- Location: Miami, FL – local candidates only. This position is not open to relocation .
- Project Type: Multifamily, mid-to-high rise residential developments.
- Employer: Well-established GC with a strong pipeline of work across South Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve project objectives.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, with a focus on multifamily mid-to-high rise projects .
- Proven track record managing large scale projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and project controls.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
- Must be based in South Florida (Miami area) .
