Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex commercial and mission critical projects in the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience managing tilt-wall, data center, warehouse, K-12, or other ground-up projects. This is an opportunity to join a growing team delivering high-profile work across multiple market sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with field superintendents to align schedule, manpower, and logistics.
  • Track project costs and prepare monthly progress reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and clients.

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a preference for data center, industrial, tilt-wall, warehouse, and/or K-12 project experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and other construction management software.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
