Project Manager Level 3 – Houston, Texas – Hybrid

Are you ready to lead complex automation projects and make an impact across North America? Our Client is looking for a seasoned Project Manager Level 3 to drive engineering teams and deliver high-quality, results-driven solutions in controls and automation.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage teams of engineers and technical professionals on challenging automation projects.
• Own all technical and financial aspects of your projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality targets are met.
• Coach and develop less-experienced engineers while fostering a high-performing project team.
• Apply advanced project management techniques and O&G industry lessons learned to every project.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and support functions.
• Drive internal process improvements to make projects run smoother and more efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• BS in Engineering or equivalent knowledge; additional education in business, operations, or project management is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in systems, software, or process automation within the O&G industry.
• Documented project management experience with 4,500+ hours leading complex projects.
• Familiarity with systems integration: PLC, HMI, instrumentation, networking, communications, and power distribution.
• Experience with integrated power and control projects, including MCCs, VFDs, and electric room power distribution.
• PMP certification and strong experience with Rockwell Automation products; deep knowledge of the Client’s portfolio a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• High accountability, proactive mindset, and ability to lead by example in high-pressure environments.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work both in office and at client sites.
