Project Manager – High-End Residential & Commercial Construction

Location: Salt Lake City, UT (office-based with regular travel to projects in Summit County, Park City, and surrounding areas)About New Star General Contractors

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a leader with proven experience managing high-end, complex projects and the ability to inspire confidence in discerning clients. The ideal candidate thrives in both luxury residential and commercial environments, is highly organized, and is eager to take direction and continue learning while growing with our firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-value residential and commercial projects.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, building trust and confidence through clear communication and reliable delivery.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Oversee on-site operations and regularly visit project sites in Summit County, Park City, and other locations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve challenges proactively, ensuring seamless project progression.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience, with a strong record of delivering complex, high-end projects.
  • Background in both residential (luxury estates, multifamily) and commercial (resort, hospitality, mixed-use) preferred.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills — able to inspire confidence in high-net-worth and corporate clients alike.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Procore a plus.
  • Ability to travel regularly to project sites.
Physical Requirements

This role involves frequent site visits and navigating active construction environments, which may include:

  • Lifting and carrying materials up to 25 pounds
  • Climbing stairs and ladders
  • Walking or standing for extended periods
  • Navigating uneven terrain and outdoor environments
