The Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple initiatives running in parallel. You’ll work across departments on projects ranging from platform enhancements and Salesforce development to operational system rollouts. What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of 20+ projects (5 major / 15+ operational or departmental initiatives) across technology, operations, and investor experience.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and help teams define deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
• Implement and optimize project workflows in Monday.com, ensuring systems are intuitive, easy to adopt, and provide real visibility for executives.
• Partner with developers, Salesforce engineers, and department leads to drive technical and operational initiatives.
• Support the rollout of budget, ROI, and KPI tracking systems to enable data-driven leadership decisions.
• Encourage collaboration across departments to reduce duplicate work and streamline communication.
• Present project updates, risks, and wins to executives in a clear, concise way.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of project management experience , ideally in tech, SaaS, fintech, or operations-heavy environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong experience with Monday.com (or similar tools) — building boards, automations, and dashboards.
• Exposure to Salesforce projects, app development, or technical workflows .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, adaptable for executives, developers, and frontline teams.
• Collaborative, teachable mindset — improving processes without imposing rigid corporate models.
• Organized, scrappy, and ready to execute while keeping long-term career growth in mind.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management certification (PMP, CSM, or similar).
• Experience implementing budget/ROI tracking and data-driven decision frameworks.
• Background in real estate, investments, or fintech products (a plus, not required).

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year
