Position Overview:

The Assistant Project Manager will assist the Project Manager in overseeing and coordinate glass and glazing on construction projects from inception through completion. This role involves assisting the Project Manager in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a solid organizational skills, motivated and driven.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Assist the Project Manager in developing detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Construction experience.

Experience: Minimum of [0] years of project management experience in the glass industry or a closely related field.

Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and BlueBeam software and tools. Experience with Field Wire and Autocad software products are favorable.

Communication: Ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
