Project Manager – Interior Glass & Glazing

Location: Houston, TX (open to relo candidates)

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Bonus

Summary:

A leading commercial glass and glazing contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven background in interior commercial glass projects. This role oversees projects from contract through closeout, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage interior glass projects including storefronts, entrances, partitions, canopies, railings, and related systems.
• Oversee project planning, take-offs, submittals, procurement, installation, and closeout.
• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and field crews.
• Track budgets, schedules, and change orders; ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Maintain client, subcontractor, and supplier relationships while supervising project staff.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of project management experience in interior commercial glass construction required.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, take-offs, estimating, and project documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
