What You’ll Do
- Lead the delivery of mechanical contracting projects from planning through completion.
- Manage and mentor two Project Managers, ensuring accountability and professional development.
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with estimating, field teams, and senior leadership to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and project milestones to keep everything on track.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in mechanical contracting / HVAC / MEP project management.
- Proven experience leading complex projects from planning through delivery.
- Previous leadership/mentorship of project teams.
- Excellent organizational, commercial, and communication skills.
- Degree preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience highly valued.
