Are you a seasoned project manager with expertise in capital projects and the FEL process ? Join our team to lead large-scale, complex projects in a heavy manufacturing environment, ensuring efficiency, safety, and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities
🛠️ Project Leadership – Manage capital projects from initiation through commissioning, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
📊 FEL Process Expertise – Oversee all stages of Front-End Loading (FEL-1, FEL-2, FEL-3) to drive strategic planning and risk management.
🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with engineering, procurement, operations, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
⚠️ Risk & Compliance Management – Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies while ensuring adherence to safety standards .
📅 Budget & Schedule Control – Maintain control over budgets, timelines, and performance metrics , reporting progress to senior leadership.
🔗 Vendor & Contract Oversight – Manage external contractors and procurement activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
📈 Continuous Improvement – Implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
What You Bring
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in capital project management .
📌4+ years in Construction project management.
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred .
📊 Strong knowledge of the FEL process (FEL-1, FEL-2, FEL-3) and project life cycle.
💰 Proven track record of managing $5M+ budgets in capital projects.
Expertise in engineering, manufacturing, and heavy industry processes .
🖥️ Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6).
Strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices .
🚧 Willingness to visit construction sites & manufacturing plants as needed.
✈️ Ability to travel to project sites when required.
