Tundra Technical Solutions is hiring: MEP Project Manager in Lexington

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager with over 10 years of construction experience to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on large-scale commercial and/or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, organized, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders while delivering high-quality work safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all MEP aspects of the project lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate design reviews, procurement schedules, and installation sequences with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Lead MEP subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and scope alignment
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and change orders related to MEP systems
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues
• Work closely with the superintendent and field teams to ensure alignment between design and construction
• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management and clients

Requirements:

• 10+ years of MEP construction experience, with proven project management track record
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
