About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing DOT, civil, infrastructure, or utility projects, leading teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual requirements.
• Manage multiple project teams, including field superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project communications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal leadership and clients.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 7–10 years of construction project management experience, preferably in DOT, infrastructure, or utility projects.
• Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and project teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel locally or regionally as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience with underground utilities, grading, and heavy civil projects.
• Familiarity with safety management systems and OSHA regulations.
