Project Manager – Commercial Interiors & Special Projects – San Antonio, TX

The Role
- Oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout, taking full ownership of budget, schedule, and client delivery
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate and direct subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution
- Drive project schedules, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues to keep delivery on track
- Lead project meetings, RFIs, change orders, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency
- Uphold safety and quality standards across all project phases
- Support business development through networking and repeat client engagement
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ Project management experience, with experience as lead PM.
- Strong commercial interiors background (ground up experience a plus)
- San Antonio market knowledge and local network essential.
- Skilled communicator who can leverage his network for BD and client development/relationships.
