We’re looking for a proactive and organized Digital Project Manager to join our creative services team. This role is responsible for managing incoming marketing and creative requests, building production schedules, and ensuring timely execution of deliverables across digital and print channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing campaign planning, a strong understanding of creative production workflows, and familiarity with project management tools—Adobe Workfront STRONGLY preferred.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment—especially with experience in higher education or nonprofit sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Intake and assess creative service requests, interpreting needs and defining project scope.
- Build and manage detailed production and activation schedules for marketing deliverables.
- Assign tasks, set timelines, and monitor progress using Adobe Workfront or similar tools.
- Coordinate with designers, writers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support a wide range of deliverables including:
- Dedicated emails and email invites
- Social media and blog editorial content
- Web page updates
- Print collateral (e.g., brochures, direct mail)
- Respond to ad hoc questions and requests with clarity and efficiency.
- Ensure alignment with campaign strategy and organizational goals.
- Maintain documentation and project records in Google Drive and other shared platforms.
- 3+ years of experience in digital project management or marketing operations.
- Strong understanding of marketing production timelines and creative workflows.
- Experience managing marketing assets and deliverables across digital and print.
- Proficiency in Adobe Workfront or similar project management platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience in higher education or nonprofit environments highly preferred.

- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of campaign strategy and audience engagement.
