🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Engagement Manager (On-Site in Indianapolis) DeveloperTown is looking for a seasoned Engagement Manager to join our team and lead high-impact software projects. If you're a strategic thinker, a servant leader, and a master of agile delivery, we want to meet you.

📍 Location: Indianapolis, IN (On-site 3 days/week)

🧠 Experience: 8+ years in project management, Scrum Master roles, and software delivery

💼 Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do: As a Senior Engagement Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our client engagements—facilitating agile ceremonies, managing scope and budgets, and ensuring your team delivers maximum value. You’ll serve as Scrum Master, product owner support, and strategic partner to our clients.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 7+ years of experience in project/program management and Scrum Master roles
• Are fluent in agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Thrive in client-facing environments and know how to balance technical and business needs
• Are based in Indianapolis and available to be on-site 3 days a week
• Have a significant background in software development projects (bonus points for healthcare or financial services experience)
