The Judge Group is currently seeking a PMO Manager (Project Management Office) for a large commercial / industrial component manufacturing firm in the Northeast Lincoln, NE area.
COMPENSATION: 150K
MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree (B.S.) Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related
MUST HAVE: Project Management qualification (PMP, PMI, APM, PRINCE2, CSM)
MUST HAVE: 5+ years of related experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in and Manage a team in a Project Management Office, ensuring projects align with strategic goals by providing governance, standards, and support to project teams.
- Establishing methodologies, monitoring project performance, managing resources, mitigating risks, and reporting on project portfolios to senior leadership
- Manager engineering projects related to Product Development (Project Engineer) with input from all departments (Product Managers, Sales Managers, Engineering, Manufacturing
- Managing product development from initial project inception through manufacturing
- Ensuring that projects are managed within scope and budget
- Analyze project risks
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related
- 5+ years of related experience
