*This position is relocating to Colorado*

We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead planning and execution of diverse construction projects. You’ll own budgeting, scheduling, safety, and team coordination to deliver on time, on budget, and to spec.

• $100,000–$130,000 DOE; relocation available

• 8+ years managing construction projects
• Bachelor’s in Construction Mgmt, Engineering, or related
• Experience in Heavy Civil, Water Resources, and Federal Contracts is required
• Proven leadership of internal teams and subs
• Strong estimating, scheduling, and cost control skills
• Fluent with contracts (Lump Sum, Design-Build, CMGC)
• Able to read drawings/specs; excellent communication & decision-making
• Work Arrangement: 5 days/week in‑office (no hybrid/remote)

• Safety/Compliance: Enforce safety programs; stop work when needed.
• Estimating/Planning: Lead estimates; identify risks; build schedules/budgets; interpret drawings.
• Contracts/Legal: Manage change notices, delays, claims; align with owner obligations.
• Clients/Stakeholders: Maintain relationships; lead project meetings.
• Subs/Vendors: Source/negotiates; issue POs/subs; track performance & payments.
• Staff/Resources: Coordinate onsite teams; align resources with Division leadership.
• Financials: Monitor budgets & cost reports; prepare owner billings; ensure timely payables.
• Execution/Docs: Deliver to spec/quality; manage RFIs, submittals, field directives, NCRs.

• PMP or similar credential
• Procore, Bluebeam, or comparable construction software
• Strong negotiation skills; multi-project management experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
