Our client is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas to support their growing municipal water and wastewater engineering practice. This seller-doer role combines technical project delivery with client engagement and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, design, and execution of municipal water, wastewater, and reuse projects
• Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and quality control
• Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and support proposal development

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in water/wastewater/reuse engineering with experience in Texas municipal infrastructure
• Strong communication, financial management, and team leadership skills
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas required
• Texas-area municipal client relationships and active in local professional organizations
