Plan land layouts and site configurations

Review designs for water, sewer, paving, grading, drainage, and erosion control

Oversee stormwater modeling and reports

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff

Manage project budgets and permitting timelines

Lead and develop a small design team

Communicate with permitting agencies, sub-consultants, clients, and contractors

Prepare project proposals and negotiate contracts

Forecast team workload and resource needs

Ensure high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum of 6 years of experience in site/civil engineering or land development
