Integrated Scaffolding Concepts is seeking a Sales focused Project Manager to join our team at out Charlotte, North Carolina location.


Please note: This is an onsite position. No relocation assistance or remote work is available.



Were looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales & Project Manager to join our ISC team. In this role, youll play a key part in building and nurturing client relationships, leading scaffolding projects from start to finish. Youll be responsible for calculating costs and gains, managing budgets, ensuring a safe work environment, and driving project profitability. Youll also focus on developing existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.


Major Duties & Responsibilities:



Develop existing accounts and seek new business via cold calling or other strategic selling solutions

Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships

Consult and problem-solve to enhance the Company's position in existing and target accounts

Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements

Manage and delegate scaffolding projects from start to finish

Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams

Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures

Perform sales activities and negotiate sales price and discounts

Minimum Qualifications:



Associates degree or an equivalent combination of training, education and relevant work experience

2-5 years of experience in the construction field

Business development/customer acquisition experience

Scaffolding sales and/or field experience preferred

Strong project management skills

Demonstrated ability to build, develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with customers

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Exceptional time management and organizational skills

Unrestricted drivers license; ability to pass DMV check


Preferred Qualifications:



PMP or an equivalent certification.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to the following:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Able to walk, sit, stand, bend, kneel, stretch, squat and climb.

Able to travel to jobsites, meetings, and other destinations as needed.

Able to wear the required personal protective equipment.

Able to work with specialized construction equipment, tools, and materials.

Able to see, talk and hear in person, via phone and/or through online/video.

Able to use hands and fingers in a manner that allows for use of a keyboard and phone.

Able to lift & carry items up to 15 lbs.



Key Performance Indicators:



Profit Margin - Secure, Perform, Close Out $2,000,000 @ a min 30 % margin

Teamwork - Assist branch offices with project pursuits, including assisting with leads and projects

Client Satisfaction effectively manage client relationships and satisfaction

  • Maintain 3 client relationships with existing house accounts
  • Develop 3 untapped client relationship

Professional Development

  • Attend 1 professional development course
  • Attend 4 extra-curricular events (ABC, AGC, etc.)

Bid and Project Tracking

  • Maintain an accurate pending number
  • Keep PODIO updated at all times
  • Track individuals projects hours and cost

Project Quality Conduct regular quality checks on job sites, take proactive measures to minimize issues, assist and support the field, and ensure spec and scope compliance.

Safety - Foster a safety focused job site by properly utilizing PPE, recognizing teammates who are following ODG Safety standards, and assisting with holding those accountable who fail to maintain these standards.

Other - Complete and submit all credit card expense reports in a timely manner with the appropriate receipt/codes
