Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, personable, and highly organized Sales & Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will meet with clients, understand their signage needs, provide estimates, and manage projects from concept through installation. Youll be coordinating with internal designers and production staff, as well as outside fabricators, installers, and permitting authorities.
This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects at once.

In this role, you will meet with clients, understand their signage needs, provide estimates, and manage projects from concept through installation. Youll be coordinating with internal designers and production staff, as well as outside fabricators, installers, and permitting authorities.
This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing customers
- Prepare and deliver estimates for signage projects
- Coordinate site surveys and installation planning
- Work with design and production teams on artwork and shop drawings
- Research and recommend fabrication solutions (in-house or outsourced)
- Navigate city permitting processes and ensure compliance
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and customer communication
- Document change orders, RFIs, and all project details
- Ensure timely invoicing and post-project follow-up
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Experience in the sign industry or commercial construction is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans/specs
- Familiarity with city permitting and installation logistics
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with CRM or estimating platforms (e.g., ConstructConnect) is a plus
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and a desire to grow
- 3 years + sign industry experience preferred
- Adobe Creative Suite familiarity preferred
