The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you'll lead electrical construction projects from conception to completion while mentoring emerging project management talent. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, managing projects ranging from $10K to $10M+ in value.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complete project lifecycle including planning, execution, and delivery
  • Manage project financials, budgets, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Negotiate and execute subcontracting agreements
  • Supervise field operations through direct oversight of superintendents
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, permits, and regulatory requirements
  • Mentor and develop junior project management staff
  • Handle change orders, billing, and contract documentation


Requirements

  • 10+ years of electrical construction project management experience
  • Proven track record managing projects from $10K to $10M+
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • OSHA-30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to access all jobsite locations without restrictions


Compensation & Benefits


Salary: Up to $180,000 based on experience
