We're looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our small, growing team!

Our primary focus is high-end residential remodels and custom builds; we produce high-end, quality workmanship. We are seeking a Jr Project Manager to join our team! We are a small business, Passion, ambition, and vision will make you a great candidate. 

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage 3-5 projects at a time
• Manage schedules and budgets
• Implement strategies and procedures
• Maintain required project documentation and filing system
• Serve as a liaison between business and subcontractors
• Maintain healthy and professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and service providers.

​Qualifications:

• 3-5 years minimum experience in project managing
• Construction management education such as CCM (Certified Construction Manager) or PMP (Project Management Professional). Programs focus on practical skills like project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, construction methods, and building codes, often integrating on-the-job training or apprenticeships.
• Strong computer skills
• Knowledge of general construction concepts and culture
• Experience using task management platforms
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities
• Entrepreneurship mentality
