Allegiance Construction are proud to be partnering with a well-established GC based in Bradenton, known for delivering high-quality multifamily and government projects across Tampa, Sarasota, and Bradenton for over 30 years. Now entering an exciting phase of expansion including new planned projects in both Orlando and Naples they’re building out their senior project leadership team, and there’s real momentum behind it.

With 3 multifamily developments already awarded and breaking ground within the next 90 days, this is your chance to step into a Project Manager role at a pivotal time and help lead the charge during a period of strong, strategic growth.

As Project Manager, you’ll take the reins on new ground-up multifamily projects across Sarasota and Manatee Counties, overseeing everything from preconstruction through close-out. You’ll be fully responsible for driving the schedule, managing the budget, coordinating subs, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring the high standards this GC is known for are upheld throughout.

You’ll bring solid experience managing multifamily builds from start to finish ideally in garden-style, mid-rise, or podium-style construction. Your leadership skills, commercial acumen, and attention to detail will be crucial in delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
