We are actively seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager/Estimator to join our team in the northwest Indianapolis area. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in commercial project estimating and management, with the ability to oversee subcontractors, budgeting, and project execution.

This role involves projects throughout Indiana and surrounding states, requiring occasional travel (typically within a 3-4 hour one-way drive).

Work Location: In person, Indianapolis, IN (relocation required if not local).
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site investigations and project reviews for estimating.
Review construction drawings, takeoffs, and prepare accurate estimates.
Solicit and review subcontractor/vendor proposals, scopes, and bids.
Prepare owner pay applications (AIA) and assist with CPM schedules.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, RFIs, and submittals.
Ensure projects align with budgets, timelines, and specifications.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of commercial estimating experience (5+ years preferred in tenant finish, remodel, ground-up retail, office, healthcare, or hospitality).
Strong knowledge of construction trades (Concrete, Framing, Drywall, Finishes, Millwork, MEP).
Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software; experience with Procore preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture preferred (not required).

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $90,000 - $125,000 annually.
