We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the management and execution of pharmaceutical R&D and cGMP drug product manufacturing projects. What You’ll Do
- Project Coordination – Create and manage timelines, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are met.
- Meeting Management – Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Sourcing & Vendor Management – Support procurement of materials, vendors, and resources in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular status updates, highlighting risks or delays.
- Stakeholder Communication – Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align on project goals and resolve issues.
- Quality Control – Monitor progress, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline project management strategies.
- Business Development – Partner with clients and internal teams to generate scopes of work and gather feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, Project Management, or related field. PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience : 1–3+ years in pharmaceutical project management (CDMO experience strongly preferred).
- Skills :
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with problem-solving mindset.
