The Project Manager is responsible for guiding resources, tracking project progress, identifying schedules and project issues and resolutions, implementing project management tools, and training staff, as necessary. In addition, the Project Manager keeps all stakeholders apprised of the progress of course and program development. The Project Manager reports to the Lead Project Manager.
