Job Description: The Project Manager is the strategic point of communication with stakeholders and is accountable for key initiatives and the project's success. With excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the primary responsibility of the Project Manager will be to communicate with stakeholders and ensure project success. The ideal Project Manager will have proven experience acting as the liaison between the project team, subcontractors, customers, key stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow strategy standard work/processes, policies, and develop detailed project plans with required documentation.
  • Conduct project intake, develop project teams, define objectives and scope, document processes, risks, and assumptions, and oversee development and implementation.
  • Coordinate and complete projects, overseeing all aspects.
  • Track milestones, anticipate deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
  • Prepare reports for senior leadership on project status.
  • Coordinate with Senior Operations Manager on budget targets and issues.
  • Support project budget tracking and manage related vendor relationships.
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings, communicate roles and expectations, and serve as the initial contact point.
  • Utilize project management tools for reporting, issue management, risk identification, and escalation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Support Senior Project Managers as needed.
  • Coordinate post-project reviews and lessons learned.
  • Provide leadership and collaborate on project implementation.
  • Manage stakeholder interests and understand customer requirements.
  • Define project scope, duration, resources, and costs to meet objectives.
  • Manage project activities to ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
  • Contribute to project scope, schedule, and budget planning.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of project leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies
  • Excellent budget management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Building Engines, and other project management tools
Education

Bachelors degree is required.
