We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial glazing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple glazing projects simultaneously, ensuring all aspects are coordinated effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and general contractors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively to maintain project timelines.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among project teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the glazing or construction industry.
  • understanding of glazing systems, installation methods, and relevant codes and standards.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, taking initiative to solve problems and drive project success.
