Project Manager

Macro is seeking a unique, confident, and well-skilled construction Project Manager to be a key part of our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to think and work quickly, and organizational skills demonstrated by solid project documentation and adherence to project processes and projections. Please note that this position is not suited for those with an IT focused background.

Responsibilities:

Implement and manage project schedules and budgets

Provide support to senior team members with project-related communications

Anticipate project challenges and provide solutions in real time

Travel may be required at certain times

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree preferably in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field

5-7 years of experience

Strong strategic thinker and juggler of tasks

Demonstrable knowledge of design and construction methodologies and processes

Experience with planning, due-diligence, acquisitions, lease negotiations, design development, and reviewing design documentation for completeness and consistency with clients objectives

Experience with developing proposals

Confident with contract negotiation

Experience with managing the permitting process, construction/renovation, landlord/tenant fit-out, and commissioning and occupancy

Advanced MS Office skills
