Supervise subcontractors and vendors performing civil site work, completing tasks according to engineering plans and local code. Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and adjust schedules to maintain on-time delivery. Track project expenditures and ensure alignment with budget constraints. Oversee contracts and financial documentation and ensure timely payments to subcontractors and suppliers. Conduct quality control inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including building codes and environmental standards. Monitor site safety conditions, address hazards proactively, and enforce safety policies. Resolve construction-related issues in real time to minimize disruption to the project workflow. Maintain project documentation and provide progress updates to management and clients. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related plus 24 months of experience as a construction engineer, project manager or construction manager.
