Project Manager Multifamily Construction

Location: Atlanta, GA (Travel required across regional projects)

Role Overview: Were looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Youll be responsible for schedules, budgets, team coordination, and quality control ensuring every project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of ground-up multifamily projects from planning to final turnover
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and subcontractors
• Collaborate with development, design, and field teams to align on goals and execution
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design specs
• Lead project meetings and provide clear updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Identify risks early and implement solutions to keep the project on track
• Ensure compliance with all permitting, regulatory, and building code requirements
• Drive project closeout including inspections, punch lists, and transition to property management

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience, specifically with ground-up multifamily developments
• Proven success managing multifamily projects valued between $15M$50M
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with tools like Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across various sites
• Willingness to travel across the Southeast region as needed
