We are a growing mechanical contracting company based in the Twin Cities, we are looking for a skilled and driven Project Manager to join our team. We're seeking someone with at least five years of experience in the mechanical industry who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple aspects of commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare bids and project estimates
  • Manage and support field crews
  • Develop and compile submittals and RFIs
  • Draft and process change orders
  • Maintain clear communication with general contractors and subcontractors
  • Upload, download, and manage project documentation and drawings

Required Skills & Tools

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience using Bluebeam
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email composition and phone communication
