Data Center owner rep company hiring a Senior Project Manager

HAYS is partnering with a leading owners rep consulting firm in Northern Virginia that's actively hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead a robust pipeline of major greenfield data center construction projects. This is a client-side, Owners Representative role-ideal for experienced Project Managers ready to step up or Senior PMs seeking a more strategic, growth-oriented environment. Open to Project Managers from the client side or general contracting background

What you'll need to succeed:

• 8+ years of experience managing mission-critical data center or large-scale commercial construction projects ($50M+), ideally on greenfield sites where you have managed sitework packages.
• Proven leadership as a Project Manager, open to any location on complex builds anywhere in the U.S.
• Background with either a general contractor or client-side developer/Owners Rep firm.
• Degree in construction or related field.
• Must be local-or willing to relocate-to Northern Virginia; this hybrid role requires proximity to the region.
